The general idea during the process of the designing of the building was to create space that will not only satisfy  the  spatial requirements of the extensive program but that to be attractive for a larger number of clients as well. The varied structure of the surrounding buildings as well as the easy access to the location additionally confirm the need of active involvement of the local population in the contents that the building offers in means of introducing new activities that will be additional motivation for the visitor. The form of the design concept is obtained both, from the typogram of the work, achieved from the previous analysis on the building site and according to the principles of sustainable architecture. The building is designed as a semipermeable membrane which on its three sides (facing the square) is completely opened by a glass façade and it closes on its forth side (towards the residential complex).
