We decided to retrofit the old building so that it could be green and sustainable. We gave the exterior of the building a completely new look that would be environmentally friendly and that would be pleasant to look at (because of the Hospital and the School situated right next to the building). The facade was planned as a combination of a green wall and a green facade.

This  made the building attractive and more distinctive. The roof was planned as a roof garden, part a wooden platform and part a green surface with drainage layer for collecting rain water that was later reused as a water for the toilets. We upgraded all of the windows and the doors so that they’ll be more energy efficient. At the top of the building we placed solar panels.
